1 – Get Sugru
For those of you that don’t know what it is yet, Sugru was first invented by an Irish firm, all the way back in 2010. It is a moldable glue which will stick to anything you want it to… but it will do it permanently.
When you take it out of the packet, you have half an hour to mold Sugru to the shape you want it to be in. Once applied, it will set within 24 hours and into a silicone rubber. Apply Sugru to the four corners of your mobile phone and then leave it to dry. The next time you drop it, you won’t shatter a corner. If anything, your phone will bounce.
Sugru works for your tablet, your laptop, your TV, or any other product you want to protect. It’s pretty nifty stuff.
2 – A phone Screen Protector
These stickers are see-through so that you can still read the data on your phone screen – but they have a better purpose. If you are someone whose phone is prone to scratching, apply one of these sheets from the moment you take it out of the packaging. These screen covers will peel on there and stick to your screen, stopping those tiny scratches from adding up.
There is a dual purpose here. The screen protector adds to the strength of the screen. It also holds it together if it does get smashed. If you don’t have one already, then it’s never too late. You should be able to order them online or get them at your local phone store.
3 – A Phone Case
A phone case will work wonders to protect that expensive device. Alright, so if you have something so flashy you want to show it off a phone case isn’t the best thing to do it with, but if you want to stop it getting damaged, it really is the best way.
